The HondaLink® app has exciting remote control features like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, and Find My Car. Available for 2018+ Odyssey Touring, 2018-2022 Accord Touring and 2023+ Accord all trims, 2019+ Insight Touring, 2019+ Pilot Touring/Black Edition*, 2019+ Passport Touring, 2023+ CR-V Touring Hybrid, and 2023+ Pilot Touring vehicles. Battery charge monitoring and control is available for Clarity Electric and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles.
*Remote Engine Start is currently not available for 2019-2022 Pilot Touring/Black Edition, 2019+ Passport Touring vehicles.
HondaLink subscription package may be required.

I love my new 2024 Prologue but the HondaLink app needs to be updated. It often won't refresh the charging status, the remote controls don't always respond, and it should flex when iPhone updates are pushed. Getting a "jailbroken" phone message like so many other people. I don't think I should be paying for a service that never seems to work properly. Very disappointed.
You’re right this app it’s piece of shit. They charge me twice , I was stuck with Customer Service. This is the worst conversation in my life and I never received money back. Thank you Honda piece of shit.
The Honda Link app is junk. It doesn’t work. I called several times; they fix it and it works for a few days. I canceled my subscription.
