My brand new Honda Accord Hybrid Touring cost me around $45,000. Now they want me to send them a monthly payment to use some features that could be gratis at least for a year to test them out. Oh well, after setting it up and getting an account all the functionality I downloaded it for is behind a paywall. Using it is not intuitive and I will probably delete it from my phone.

I love my new 2024 Prologue but the HondaLink app needs to be updated. It often won't refresh the charging status, the remote controls don't always respond, and it should flex when iPhone updates are pushed. Getting a "jailbroken" phone message like so many other people. I don't think I should be paying for a service that never seems to work properly. Very disappointed.

You’re right this app it’s piece of shit. They charge me twice , I was stuck with Customer Service. This is the worst conversation in my life and I never received money back. Thank you Honda piece of shit.

I think the Hondalink is a scam. 2023 Accord EX, cant get it to verify. Called honda support 4 times and they said they would call me back, they never called me back.

App stopped working. Been fine for 2 years. Says I need to update, but App Store does not give that option. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. iPhone Mini 14. Apparently cannot update IOS (what is that about, Apple???), but Honda App says I must. grrrrrrrr

app old fashioned and clunky. really doesn’t do anything. Comparing to other cars we have like Toyota & Lexus. those apps can do: 1. alerts if you forget a door opened/unlocked 2. alerts if you forgot a Window opened. 3. service alerts 4. see exactly where your car is parked. Why doesn’t Hondalink offer these things? car unlocked I need my car to alert me! window opened I should get an alert about that! Honda you need to improve this app. We pay too much to not have these features
