App shows how much gas I have, oil life etc but I am not able to use the remote features to lock, unlock, start or stop the car as it says my PIN is invalid. I have tried to get help for the last 3 wks and no one has been able to fix the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the PIN. Nothing works. All I get when I call is “we are working on it” it’s been almost a month now.
